Justin, his wife Rebecca, and their 4 young children live on the coast of South Carolina. After playing Division 1 college football in Myrtle Beach, Justin got directly into finance. Since then, he now owns a private, boutique wealth management consulting agency that specializes in helping affluent families and high income earners across the country. The speciality area of the firm is tax-efficiency. This disposition ultimately lead Justin to discover the power of real estate. He currently has ownership in 10 rental properties (short and long term), with an appetite to acquire more. Justin is uniquely qualified to help families and individuals harmonize all of their financial pieces, with an extensive focus on helping families reduce taxes, acquire assets and build multi-generational wealth. 

Chris has been a real estate investor for over 10 years.  He has worked from the ground up, flipping multiple single family homes as well as acquiring and managing both long and short term rentals.  His goals in real estate include increasing STR holdings and breaking into larger multifamily units in destinations. He is married to Hannah and has a daughter with a son on the way.  He bought his daughter a rental house when she was 2 and hopes to do the same for his son. Chris has worked all along the nonprofit spectrum in Christian Counseling, Coaching and nonprofit fundraising--He continues to draw from a deep array of resources, and he has an indomitable desire to come alongside aspiring investors to enable them to break into REI to establish their own multigenerational legacy through creative real estate in our emerging market.
